Core Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Instruction: Create lesson plans and teach subjects like accounting, economics, business law, keyboarding, marketing, and office procedures, using diverse methods (lectures, group work, technology).
Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance via tests, assignments, and projects; provide feedback and maintain records.
Student Support: Offer one-on-one help, career guidance, and mentorship, potentially helping with college/career pathways.
Extracurriculars: Sponsor and advise business-related clubs (e.g., FBLA) and prepare students for competitions.
Professional Development: Stay current with business trends, attend training, and collaborate with other educators and professionals.
Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, handling discipline as needed.
Key Duties:
Develop and implement lesson plans, integrating current events and technology.
