Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of eight years directly related experience required
- Minimum five years of compliance program experience required
- Minimum five years in an audit, financial service or related industry in a compliance role required

Job Duties
- Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws
- Oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes
- Implements risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance
- Evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations
- Delivers communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements
- Oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization
- Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints
- Performs other duties upon request of immediate manager

The good faith range for this position is $93,000 - $116,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
