This opportunity is a “career” Associate Financial Planner/Paraplanner role with the right fit being someone capable of a combination of delivering Raving Fans service and fiduciary financial planning, that provides an exceptional experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with lead Financial Planners to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
- Conduct retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and education planning using programs like eMoney, Asset-Map, Holistiplan, and more.
- Support tax planning and tax preparation work (core to our firm).
- Communicate with clients to manage meeting cycle and coordinate progress in ongoing tasks to drive continuity between meeting.
- Prepare meeting materials and assist Financial Planners and clients implementing follow‑up items.
- Maintain accurate client data in planning software and task tracking CRM.
- Uphold fiduciary standards and firm planning processes.
This role does not require sales, business development, or serving as the primary advisor.
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding covering systems, processes, and planning standards
- Hands‑on training with an experienced Associate Financial Planner and the Financial Planners you’ll be working with.
- Ongoing training under the firm’s President focused on financial planning and tax work.
- Continued professional development and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
- Series 65
- Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, business, education, or similar
- Ability to pass required background, credit, and fingerprint checks
- Central Indiana resident or willing to relocate within 3 months
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position (RIA experience highly preferred)
- CFP® designation
- Experience working with educators
- Tax planning or preparation experience

- The ability to work independently but also collaboratively in a team environment. (Remote work is possible after the initial training period).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (depending on experience and certifications)
