THE POSITION
We’re hiring experienced Marine Generator Technicians to service, diagnose, and repair marine generator systems on South Florida’s top yachts. The techs who excel here take pride in clean, precise work, communicate well, and want to grow into true experts in their craft. You’ll work on major brands such as Kohler, Northern Lights, Cummins Onan, and Westerbeke.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on marine generator systems
- Complete scheduled services, load testing, and preventative maintenance
- Identify root-cause failures and recommend corrective solutions
- Ensure clean, professional workmanship in engine rooms
- Communicate clearly with service managers, parts team, and customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow TDW standards
