Position Summary:
As a Billing Specialist at TDP Bakery, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our delicious products to customers everywhere. You’ll ensure our invoicing is precise and on time, working closely with teams across logistics, sales, and distribution. Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer invoices daily across multiple locations to ensure precision and compliance
- Partner with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and distribution, to resolve billing issues
- Conduct periodic audits to verify that invoicing processes align with internal standards
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience in a high-volume or multi-location environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills a plus, and familiarity with web browsers like Chrome and Edge
- Experience with batch accounting, Sage 100, or Acumatica is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Skill in handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality
Work Environment / Hours:
- In-office position at our Chandler office.
- 40-hour standard work week, Monday–Friday.
- Periodic overtime may be required during month-end.
- Dress code is business casual Monday–Thursday and casual on Friday.
