Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and fixture installation
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor necessary for construction site setup, material handling, and demolition activities
- Support remodeling projects by installing doors, cabinets, flooring, tile, drywall (plastering), stucco, and siding
- Conduct fabrication tasks such as metal stud framing, woodworking, assembly, and custom fixture creation
- Follow safety protocols including power tool safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with skills in carpentry, framing, roofing, or related trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction settings
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and interpretation of technical plans is a plus
- Prior experience in restoration industry work such as mold remediation or water damage repair is desirable
- Strong commitment to safety practices including power tool safety standards and site hazard awareness

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
