Essential Duties:
- Assist leaders with coordinating field production Partners across job sites, ensuring appropriate labor allocation to meet project needs.
- Work closely with leaders to align manpower planning, field execution, and strategic workforce decisions.
- Assist leaders with coordinating temporary labor through XCast, including requests, tracking, performance, and time approval.
- Assist in coordinating Partner evaluations, including mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
- Track and report daily and weekly production metrics (labor hours, installed quantities, schedule progress).
- Collaborate with project teams to plan weekly work schedules, trainings, resource allocation, and manpower needs.
- Participate in project meetings and job walks as required.
- Participate in badging, map distribution, jobsite location information to Partners
- Support leaders with meeting preparation, superintendent meetings, tracking Partner PCAF and PTF
- Assist in maintaining Journeyman to Apprentice ratios on projects
- Provide support to field Partners with benefit questions and policy/handbook questions
- Perform other duties as required.
