- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical locking hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and door access issues efficiently.
- Perform rekeying, pinning, and key cutting tasks accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Utilize computer systems for documentation, service requests, and communication.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (at least once per month) and be available for overtime as needed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience as a locksmith or in a related maintenance/technical field.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic lock systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
- Good computer skills and comfort using digital tools for daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and on-call shifts.
