Job Summary:
The Management Analyst II (SCA) analyzes operations, force structure, and organizational data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness in support of military operations. This role supports force development, data analysis, and reporting efforts to enhance decision-making and mission readiness.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- May train colleagues on implementation of new procedures and policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with leadership, staff, and stakeholders to identify strengths and weaknesses in organizational structures and processes.
- Collects and analyzes reports, procedures, system designs, and force management data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supports force development activities in accordance with AR 71-32.
- Retrieves and analyzes data from systems such as FMSWeb, PAMWEB, and IPPS-A.
- Assesses current practices and documents findings, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Develops recommendations for improvements, including changes to processes, reporting, staffing, and data collection methods.
- Prepares and delivers briefings, documentation, and training materials to support implementation of recommended changes.
- Collaborates with personnel to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Tracks and measures compliance with program changes through data collection and reporting processes.
- Evaluates effectiveness of implemented changes and recommends further improvements as needed.
- Supports operational contract support (OCS) activities as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of military force development processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
- Experience working with FMSWeb, PAMWEB, MOCS, and IPPS-A.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across various functions and levels.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in force development in accordance with AR 71-32.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience retrieving data from FMSWeb.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with MOCS and PAMWEB.
- Experience retrieving and analyzing data from IPPS-A.
- Experience in operational contract support (OCS) is desired.
Security Requirement:
- Will require an active SECRET clearance, will sponsor a candidate if needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to navigate and observe all departments as needed.

Salary : $96,000 - $125,000
