TDCSU is currently seeking Operations Administrative Coordinator to support the expansion of its professional liability business. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Unionville, CT.
Responsibilities:
Working under the supervision of the Submissions Specialist Supervisor, the Operations Administrative Coordinator is expected to:
- Submission Registration – manage the submissions mailbox within established timeframes and utilize established guidelines and workflows for new business and renewals.
- Credentialing Fulfillment – manage the credentialing mailbox within established timeframes and utilize documented coverage and loss verification guidelines and workflows.
- Loss Runs Fulfillment – manage the loss runs mailbox within established timeframes and utilize established guidelines and workflows.
- Support the renewal notice process within established timeframes maintaining compliance with documented state regulations.
- Process Notice of Cancellation and Nonrenewal requests from the Finance department and Underwriting community.
- Support the premium finance notice workflow, including communication with premium finance companies and brokers.
- Possesses strong working knowledge of TDCSU products and corresponding product appetites in order to respond to varying requests swiftly and accurately.
- Partners with underwriter(s) to assure broker experiences with TDCSU result in a high level of satisfaction

Requirements:
Some specialty lines submissions/underwriting assistant experience is desired, but not required
