The Doctors Company is currently seeking a Director Digital Marketing to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based at any TDCG or PRA office, with the preferred location in Napa, CA or Okemos, MI.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintains awareness of digital/technology tools in order to streamline internal processes.
- Ability to work closely with multiple partners (internal and external), establishing clear deliverables, setting timetables and managing expectations.
- Ability to manage third-party suppliers, setting budgets and keeping deliverables on agreed timing plans.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, able to monitor spend throughout the year and remain within annual budgets.
- Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and their Sales Navigator tool.
- Working knowledge of FB, X social media platforms.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of set variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Interest in and knowledge of current events.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Insight Strategy
- Deliver analysis with actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Standardize reporting frameworks and improve dashboard clarity.
Marketing Technology & Data Systems Optimization
- Optimize data workflows across platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement automation opportunities that reduce manual reporting processes.
- Support evaluation of marketing tools through performance analysis and ROI insights.
Technical & Analytical Capability Development
- Deepen proficiency in analytics tools (JMP, GA, Hotjar, dashboards).
- Build scalable reporting solutions to reduce ad hoc requests.
- Establish documentation and validation standards to strengthen data governance
Analytics-Driven Project Support
- Support analytics workstreams for key initiatives and define measurement plans upfront.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align success metrics and reporting structure.
- Identify process improvements using data insights
Learning, Development & Compliance
- Maintain full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and established standards (e.g. accurately recording time worked, Submitting PTO, mandatory corporate training).
- Continue technical skill development through applied learning and coursework.
- Complete all performance and development activities including the performance review process in a timely manner.
- Fulfill all required training and development obligations to maintain essential skills and credentials.
- Complete all mandatory compliance courses on time, meeting corporate training standards.
- Share insights and best practices to improve team data literacy.

- Support enterprise and departmental objectives by taking on assigned projects and delegated tasks with accountability, attention to detail, and timely execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance business efficiency and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Proactively provide regular updates to leadership on project status, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Maintain flexibility and agility to take on additional responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
Salary Range: $60,348 - $79,207. Compensation varies based on skills, knowledge, and education. We consider factors such as specialized skills, depth of knowledge in the field, and educational background to ensure fair and competitive pay.
