As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting recruiting operations by maintaining accurate candidate and job data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage information efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with recruiters and internal team members to ensure candidate records, job postings, and hiring data remain accurate, up to date, and properly organized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data management, and process improvement.

Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Enter, update, and maintain candidate and job information within the Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
- Review records for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed
- Organize and maintain digital files and recruiting documentation
- Support recruiters by ensuring candidate records are current and properly tracked
- Generate basic reports and provide data updates to internal stakeholders
- Audit system records to identify missing or incomplete information
- Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies and required updates
- Follow established processes for data management and record retention
- Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2 years of data entry or office support experience preferred
- Experience migrating data in ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
- Previous recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience performing data audits and quality checks
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Strong customer service and team collaboration skills
