This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work, depending on your geographical location. However, if you are located within 50 miles of a TD SYNNEX office, a hybrid work model will be required, with 2 days per week in-office.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for receiving and reviewing any special pricing agreements received from vendors
- Responsible for either entering or activating the special pricing in the system (4 eyes principal) per specified documentation from the vendor
- Manages order release to ensure compliance with vendor requirements for end user specific pricing and other special terms and conditions as stated by the vendor.
- Responsible for ensuring all vendor documentation is saved for audit and dispute research
- Responsible for maintaining any changes made by the vendor per proper documentation
- Troubleshoots program related questions from sales, Product Marketing, etc.
- Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED), Preferred Education bachelor’s degree.
- Adaptable to change and able to adjust as needed.
- Capable of building solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to work constructively under stress and pressure, especially with high workloads and deadlines.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to convey necessary information.
- Provides courteous and timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to remain immobile for extended periods.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
