What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational finance reporting, analytical tools, and self-service data capabilities by collaborating with finance analytics and IT teams. Leverage data engineering best practices to optimize reporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the finance data analytics team to design and develop robust Power BI semantic models and dataflows, ensuring scalable and reusable datasets for efficient report development and advanced analytics.
- Partner with the IT Big Data team to architect and deliver end-to-end data pipeline solutions, utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, and tools such as SQL, PySpark, and Fabric Notebooks to enable seamless data integration and transformation.
- Engage with business users to develop advanced SQL queries, portal data views, and intermediate to complex analytical models, providing senior leadership with actionable insights and proactive analysis for informed decision-making.

What we're looking for:
- 2 Years of Power BI semantic models and dataflows development
- 2 Years of SQL query development
- 2 Years of ETL infrastructure development
- 2 Years of Power BI dashboard development
- 1 Years of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or One Lake development
- Bachelor's Degree with Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline field of study required.
- Intermediate experience with BI/BW and data visualization tools such as Power BI and SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Spark is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience
- Interacts effectively with all levels of management.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills; drives tasks to completion.
- Manages stress and pressure under tight deadlines.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Strong Understanding of data lakehouse architecture (preferably OneLake)
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments
- Experience with PySpark, Fabric Notebooks, or Databricks for large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake, Lakehouse, and medallion architecture.
- Professional office environment.
- Hybrid work model, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
