As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and
driving engineering solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
- Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
- Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
- Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement
Your work will involve designing and managing projects such as:
- Water Distribution & Sewer Collection Systems
- Stormwater Infrastructure
- Roads and Highways
- Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems
- Subdivision Land Development
- Commercial Site Design
- Federal Government Facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force Projects)
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about civil design and problem-solving. The ideal
candidate will have:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil focus preferred) from an Accredited University
- 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience
- Ability to Multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience Living or Working in Montana is a plus
