Overview
TCZ Group is hiring outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through face-to-face community engagement and fundraising campaigns.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll educate the public about charitable initiatives, build meaningful connections, and help nonprofit organizations grow their impact by acquiring recurring donors. This is a field-based position working at retail stores, community events, and promotional locations throughout the Orlando area.

What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit organizations professionally at retail stores, events, and community outreach locations
- Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations
- Educate potential supporters about nonprofit programs and fundraising initiatives
- Answer questions and assist individuals who choose to enroll as recurring donors
- Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
- Travel to assigned retail and event locations throughout the Orlando area
- Participate in daily training focused on communication, customer engagement, fundraising, and leadership development
- Track daily outreach and performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Compensation
- Guaranteed base pay of $600 per week
- Annual base salary of $31,200 for full-time employees
- Weekly pay

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to local retail and event locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
