LCP is seeking an independent, detail-driven Transportation Specialist to manage Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) scheduling. In this role, you'll assign, coordinate, and confirm trips using our vendor network—balancing efficiency, cost, and member satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm all trips within 24 hours; ensure zero missed rides in your territory
- Optimize routing using mapping tools and local knowledge
- Notify members of uncovered trips at least 2 business days in advance
- Troubleshoot and adapt to real-time scheduling changes
- Submit regular status updates to leadership
- Collaborate with team members and follow company policies
