Service Technician – Windows, Doors, Siding & Gutters
Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for experienced hands-on technicians who know how to diagnose problems, make repairs, and get the job done right the first time.
This is a field service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, solving problems in customers’ homes, and handling repairs on windows, doors, siding, and gutter systems.

What You'll Do
- Complete scheduled service appointments within assigned timelines
- Diagnose and repair issues involving windows, doors, siding, and gutter systems
- Perform warranty repairs and post-installation service work
- Conduct quality assurance visits to ensure installations are performing properly
- Review work orders before service and identify any discrepancies
- Document service visits with notes, photos, materials used, and labor time
- Use company service applications to track job activity
- Communicate with internal teams regarding follow-ups, materials, or escalations
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
