Duties

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, accurately handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products.
- Educate customers on product effects, proper usage, and responsible consumption to promote safety.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Supervise inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and assist with stocktaking to ensure product availability.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail or grocery store environments.
- Supervising experience in retail or customer service settings is highly valued.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly communicate product benefits.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
- Strong upselling techniques combined with merchandising skills to maximize sales potential.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash register operations and inventory management.
