Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a knowledgeable guide for customers, helping them select the right products while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for our products and commitment to customer satisfaction will drive sales and promote brand loyalty.Must have prior Budtender experience
Duties
- Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed information and product demos when needed
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions and cash register operations
- Manage stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure product availability
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to enhance their experience
- Handle cash handling duties including cash drawer management, retail math calculations, and cashiering procedures
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand standards
Experience
- Must have Prior Budtender experience
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Grow Flow POS systems is a plus, cash register operations
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about product features
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices
