What are the responsibilities and job description for the Picker/Laborer position at TCMI?
This job has 2 shifts Monday-Wednesday and Thursday- Saturday both are 12 hour shifts and both start at 4:30am . You will alternate working a Sunday as well. The first few hours of the day will be doing clean up via shovel and brooms. The the rest of your shift will be spent sorting items while standing in one place. This is an industrial environment so safety is #1 priority.
Please be prepared to have good attendance.
You will need to be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (to include THC), a background check 3 year(some offenses are ok), must have steel toed boots, and be able to handle the physical demands of this position.

**Weekly Pay**
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
