What You’ll Do
As an Order Picker, you’re the last line of defense between our warehouse and our customers — meaning accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are everything.
You make sure every order is picked correctly, staged properly, and ready to ship exactly as expected. Fast is good. Accurate is better. Reliable is everything.
Your Day Will Include:
- Picking customer orders accurately using pick tickets or handheld systems.
- Navigating warehouse locations quickly and efficiently.
- Verifying product, quantity, and packaging before placing items in boxes or totes.
- Building orders safely and neatly to help speed up the quality control process.
- Labeling and staging completed orders in designated shipping areas.
- Replenishing pick locations when inventory runs low.
- Communicating out-of-stock or short items to supervisors promptly.
- Maintaining clean and organized pick areas.
- Following FIFO practices when selecting product.
- Operating pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training provided).
- Assisting with loading trucks.
- Working closely with the receiving and stocking teams to maintain product flow.
- Double-checking high-value or high-volume orders for accuracy.
- Jumping in where needed — because we win as a team.

When orders are picked and staged, here’s how you stand out:
- Replenish fast-moving pick locations before they run empty.
- Clean and organize your picking zones.
- Consolidate partial pallets and improve space efficiency.
- Assist teammates who are still working through their picks.
- Check for labeling issues or misplaced product.
- Improve pick paths or suggest efficiency improvements.
- Help prep the next wave of orders.
- Identify potential safety issues and fix them.
- Ask your supervisor: “Where can I help next?”
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience
- 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or willingness to learn.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (or willingness to train).
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
