We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers, and other construction machinery to facilitate material handling, site preparation, and project execution. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations on busy construction sites while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities
- Operate loaders, excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, horizontal drilling equipment, and paving machinery with precision and safety in mind
- Load and unload materials efficiently to support construction activities
- Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs
- Assist with site preparation tasks including grading, excavation, and paving activities
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators (including Caterpillar models), dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, horizontal drilling rigs, and paving machinery
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in operating construction vehicles
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures
- Ability to operate multiple types of heavy machinery including loaders and excavators effectively
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management practices
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
