Join our growing team in a dedicated, full-time CDL-B driving role based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a local position, you’ll be home daily and play a critical role in keeping our construction operations running smoothly across the Northwest Arkansas region.

Position Overview:
- Primary vehicle: 1-ton with gooseneck flatbed
- Occasional operation of a fuel truck
- This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions
- No overnight travel – local routes only
- SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
- Strict no tobacco/smoking policy in all Company Vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs
- Secure loads and comply with DOT weight regulations
- Follow scheduled routes and notify of delays
- Keep vehicle cab and bed clean and organized
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
- Operate GPS and route tracking tools effectively
- Work independently and collaborate with team members
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-B license
- 3 years of verifiable experience
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Able to lift/move materials and navigate construction sites
- Strong sense of punctuality, safety, and reliability
- Comfortable working in noisy and physically demanding environments
