Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler based in Springdale, AR. This role is responsible for creating and managing digital models for prefabrication projects, coordinating with architectural and engineering designs, and ensuring construction drawings accurately represent the final product. The BIM Modeler will work closely with project engineers and the TCM project team to ensure timely, precise project execution.
Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and accurately interpret commercial construction drawings.
- Identify and communicate project conflicts to the Prefabrication Manager.
- Produce shop drawings, panel drawings, and BIM framing models.
- Draft sketches and details using Strucsoft MWF, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Self-review work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Collaborate with team members to complete technical tasks.
- Ensure all project drawings and models are reviewed and approved by the Prefabrication and Project Managers.
- Support the production of cold-formed steel building components through accurate BIM models, shop drawings, and technical guidance.
- Preferably, have experience with cold-formed steel framing standards and component assembly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit modeling.
- Experience with cold-formed steel design software such as Strucsoft MWF or Vertex BD is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
