Are you someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and providing exceptional service? We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor – Enrollment & Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll partner with local businesses to educate employees on available supplemental benefit programs, assist with benefit enrollments, and provide ongoing support throughout the life of their coverage. You’ll become a trusted resource for both employers and employees by delivering a professional, consultative experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate with local businesses to schedule employee benefit education meetings.
- Meet individually with employees to explain available benefit options and assist with enrollment selections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business leaders, HR contacts, and employees.
- Provide continued support with policy updates, beneficiary changes, claims assistance, and general account service.
- Conduct annual benefit reviews to help clients understand and maximize their coverage.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and product training.
- Represent our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a service-first approach.

Compensation
Typical weekly earnings: $1,000–$3,000
Compensation is performance-based and includes additional bonuses and incentive opportunities.
