If so, TCI is looking for a Truck Sales Administrator to support our Sales team and help keep our truck & trailer operations moving.
This is a critical role ensuring our sales process—from inventory to DMV—runs with precision every single day.
Compensation
- $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
As our Truck Sales Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our sales department. Your work ensures compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience.
Inventory & Sales Coordination
- Keep truck & trailer inventory updated in Teams and Fusion
- Update unit details (PNO, location, specs, pricing, etc.)
- Track units in shop, on contract, detailed, or sold
- Create and finalize Fusion orders support monthly sales reporting
- Create full sales jackets and ensure all required documents are complete
- Prepare reports for wholesale/retail units
- Print plates, process temporary registrations, and submit month-end packages
- Track incoming funds and rollover data for accurate accounting
- Creating and issuing report of sales through DMV website
- Handling sales tax reporting and check payments
- Handle title pulls, fee requests, reassignments (Reg 343), and duplicate title applications
- Ensure CARB and opacity test compliance
- Forward registration documents to finance companies
- Package and process DMV documents with precision
- Issue MPO/LPOs and close out vendor work
- Request invoices, DMV checks, and refunds
- Maintain ADOT audit and deal-tracking logs
- Assist customers with deposits, documentation, and notary service
- Support sales reps with maintenance records and licensing info
- Schedule detailers, order supplies, and supervise porter tasks
- Perform VIN verifications (UTS and internal departments)
- Update Trainual materials
- Verify deposits in banking systems
- Conduct biannual reporting for 20 Group
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High accuracy & attention to detail
- Experience with Teams, Fusion, Excel, and DMV systems
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently
- Required: Active VIN Verification License with CA DMV
