What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow a network of clients, uncovering new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales cycle from discovery to onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that align with both customer goals and TCI’s standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and inspection-ready documentation.
- Represent TCI at client meetings, sales calls, and promotional events.
- Proven success in business development or sales (5 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings and presentations.
