Position Overview
As an ISCS Associate you will be responsible for new sales with existing and new customers. You will also be accountable for key accounts as a primary point-of-contact for issues and inquiry resolution. Sales leads will be generated from existing customers, new customers through acquisition, internet sales leads and phone calls. The ideal candidate has deep industry experience with specifically industrial, hydraulic and metal hose as well as associated fluid conveyance components.
Key Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility is closing new business opportunities. You're part of a team of inside and outside sales professionals with an individual contributor role.
- Accountability for assigned key accounts and all issues as well as inquiries raised by key contacts.
- Create accurate and detailed Sales Quotes in TrulinX ERP and document response time in a Sales Quote Tracker.
- Responsible for developing quotes based on RFPs, internet sales leads by email and phone calls.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service roles for industrial distribution, experience in industrial, hydraulic and / or metal hose manufacturing and/or distribution is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks every day.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
