We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IT Consulting Technician to join our team! This position works independently on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision and exercises judgment in technical problem‑solving in accordance with company policies and standards. The role provides technical input into project planning, solution design, and customer recommendations and is expected to conduct work in a manner that reflects positively on the company.
- IT Consulting & Technical Services, including designing, installing, configuring and supporting customer IT environments to include wired and wireless networks, servers, desktops, printers, firewalls, switches, routers and related supporting infrastructure
- Structured network cabling installation, termination, labeling, and testing to support reliable and standards‑compliant customer networks
- Troubleshooting and remediation for network, system, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely while maintaining a professional presence at customer locations
- Executing moves, adds, changes, and removals of customer equipment and services, providing customer training and guidance on installed systems, and making recommendations for improvements, upgrades, or replacements based on customer needs, performance, and security considerations
- Configure and support VoIP phone systems and related customer premise equipment, including IP phones, gateways, and supporting network components
- Administration and support for customer cloud‑based services and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and similar hosted environments
- Assist in estimating, scoping, and bidding IT projects, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Support department sales efforts by identifying opportunities, promoting IT services, and engaging with prospective customers in a professional and credible manner
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer environments, project work, inventory, and service notes
- Two Years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems, or networking administration, preferred
- Associate or Technical degree in Information Technology or a related field, preferred
- Valid Driver's License, required
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Pay: $46,516.18 - $56,019.49 per year
