Journeyman License required Rate of Pay up to \$41.70 \$37.35/HR when
working straight Day Shift \$39.35/HR when working DAYS and NIGHTS on
the Continuous Operating Schedule (COS) (\$2 Skilled Trade Premium)
\$40.05/HR when working on the Night shift on COS (\$0.70/HR Night Shift
Premium) Depending on years of experience, up to an additional \$1.35/HR
on base rate \*Additional hourly compensation with being dual carded or
having an Associates Degree. Earn over \$100k in your first year working
the COS schedule \$2,000 retention bonus! with 2-year commitment -
\$1,000 after 90 days, \$1,000 after one year Shift:COS - 12hr rotating
shifts including weekends and some holidays. \*\*Double time on
Sundays\*\* (\$74.70 - \$83.40 with the COS schedule) Responsibilities

associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures

Menasha plant, including, but not limited to - Safety, Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous
Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC
