Project Manager
TC's home office in Siloam Springs is looking for an exceptionally organized, quick-thinking person to join our team as a Project Manager. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm in Siloam Springs.
As a Project Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers from the first conversation through final delivery. Every day you'll help customers, coordinate with multiple departments, answer questions, solve problems, and keep dozens of custom apparel projects moving forward simultaneously.
This isn't a typical office job. It's a fast-paced role for someone who genuinely enjoys juggling priorities, helping people, and bringing order to a busy day.
Position Responsibilities
Customer Service & Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer orders
- Meet with walk-in customers and guide them through the ordering process
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions throughout the day
- Build quotes, create invoices, and maintain accurate project information
- Coordinate artwork approvals, production timelines, and customer communication
- Keep customers informed throughout the ordering process
- Resolve problems quickly and professionally while creating an outstanding customer experience
Project Coordination
- Manage dozens of active projects at various stages of production
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Logistics, and Purchasing to keep projects moving efficiently
- Monitor deadlines and proactively identify potential issues before they become customer problems
- Prioritize changing workloads throughout the day
- Follow up consistently to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate notes and project documentation within our shop management system
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with every department to ensure projects flow smoothly from start to finish
- Communicate changing priorities and customer needs clearly
- Support teammates and help solve operational challenges as they arise
- Continuously look for ways to improve communication and efficiency

Previous experience in project management, account management, customer service, operations coordination, office management, event planning, or similar fast-paced environments is helpful, but not required.
We care far more about finding someone with exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills than someone with experience in the custom apparel industry.

Compensation
This position includes a base salary plus a performance-based sales bonus. Total compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.
