TC's home office and production facility in Siloam Springs is looking for an experienced screen printer or an individual interested in learning the skill. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Candidate Skills:
-Follow best practices and guidance for a safe, clean, and highly efficient work environment
-Manual and automatic expertise preferred
-Ink selection, custom mixing

-Darkroom and reclaim experience preferred
-Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
-Able to train and direct assistants in supportive tasks
-Able to work on your feet all day in a physically demanding position
