TC's home office and production facility in Siloam Springs is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our operations team as a Logistics Coordinator. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This is an important hands-on role that helps keep our production and fulfillment process organized, efficient, and running smoothly every day.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, creating order, working independently, and taking pride in making sure things are done accurately and on time. The right person for this role is highly reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys being an essential part of a team operation.
Position Responsibilities:
Shipping, Receiving & Organization
- Manage daily shipping, receiving, and delivery operations
- Receive and organize incoming goods and materials
- Accurately document incoming items within our shop management system
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe logistics and storage areas
- Organize completed orders, ready carts, shelving units, and pallets
- Prepare production carts and materials for upcoming workloads
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of shipping and logistics supplies
Order Fulfillment & Quality Control
- Monitor production flow throughout the day to help move orders efficiently through fulfillment
- Perform quality control checks and verify counts on completed orders
- Box, package, and fulfill completed customer orders accurately
- Communicate fulfillment updates with the team
- Complete apparel finishing services like folding, bagging, and hang tag application
- Individual order fulfillment
Production Support
- Assist other departments as needed during slower logistics periods
- Work closely with the Logistics & Operations Manager to improve organization, workflow, and fulfillment efficiency

- Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, retail operations, or production experience is helpful but not required
