Job Summary
TC Provisions Inc. is a fast-growing wholesale meat production company known for our artisan, high-quality meat skewers. Our products are distributed to wholesale and retail customers across the United States, and we are expanding our team.
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Cutters / Butchers who want steady weekday work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow with a successful company.
No butcher experience? No problem. We are willing to train reliable candidates with a strong work ethic.
What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare lamb, chicken, beef, and pork
- Process meats for skewer production
- Follow company procedures and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Use knives and cutting equipment safely
Work Environment
- Refrigerated cutting rooms and cold storage areas
- Occasional work in frozen storage areas as low as -10°F
- Physical work including lifting and handling meat products
Qualifications
- Butcher or meat cutting experience preferred (training available)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Ability to safely use knives and cutting equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Entry-level candidates welcome. Training provided for reliable applicants.
Experience in food production, meat processing, warehouse work, restaurant kitchens, or food manufacturing is a plus. Strong knife skills are helpful.
