Customer and Operational Support Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – 3 days remote / 2 days in office (Pennsylvania)
About the Role
TC Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer and Operational Support Coordinator to join our team. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting sales, billing, and customer service. The role acts as one of the main points of contact for customers and works closely with warehouse and management teams. Over time, the position can expand to include full responsibility for monthly customer invoicing and company marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as one of the main contacts for customer inquiries, requests, and updates
- Support the sales team with account coordination, follow-ups, and communications
- Monitor customer stock levels, shipments, and related charges
- Coordinate between customers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in closing customer orders during high-volume periods
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation
- Help with billing questions, invoice adjustments, and ensuring customers pay invoices on time
- Potential to take on full monthly invoicing once trained
- Post job openings and assist with interview scheduling when needed
- Contribute to marketing efforts such as social-media updates, email campaigns, or website edits if experienced
Qualifications
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience in logistics, operations, or customer support preferred
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Mailchimp, social media, website management) a plus
Schedule
Full-time hybrid role: three days remote, two days in the office required after training.
Education:
A High School diploma is required. A bachelor's degree or some college is a big plus.
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth and added responsibility as the role expands to include full-time invoicing and marketing functions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
