Position Summary:
The Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through the roof replacement or repair process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Perform roof inspections and create accurate job estimates.
- Educate customers on roofing systems, insurance claim processes, and available options.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.
- Work closely with office staff and project managers to ensure smooth communication and project completion.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Prior roofing, construction, or sales experience preferred (training available).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of roofing software (AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or similar preferable or willing to learn)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
