About the Role

This is a full-cycle sales position that offers the opportunity to take ownership of your customer relationships and sales pipeline. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Meet directly with homeowners to introduce Midcon Exteriors' roofing and gutter products and services.

• Build rapport and establish trust through professional and personalized interactions.

• Conduct needs assessments to understand each homeowner's roofing and exterior improvement needs.

• Present customized roofing and gutter solutions based on customer needs.

• Clearly explain the value and benefits of our products and services.

• Answer customer questions and address concerns with confidence and professionalism.

• Guide homeowners through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.

• Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing sales.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Consistently work toward achieving individual sales goals.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with strong earning potential. Top-performing Roofing Sales Representatives typically earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually.
