Administrative Assistant – TC AdvisorsTC Advisors, a growing CPA firm, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is currently part-time with the opportunity to grow into a permanent, expanded position. We are looking for someone eager to learn various aspects of our practice and ready to step in wherever needed. As part of a CPA firm, you may also be introduced to entry-level tax preparation and bookkeeping tasks—an interest in or basic understanding of these areas is a plus.ResponsibilitiesPrepare professional correspondence and other business documentsCoordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and firm eventsGreet and support clients and visitors in our officeAnswer and route incoming phone callsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsAssist with general office operations and special projects as neededQualificationsPrior experience in administrative support or a related fieldStrong ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills and a proactive mindsetCompany DescriptionTC Advisors is a fast-growing CPA firm where adaptability, innovation, and personal service come together.
