Position Overview
TBN Talent is seeking an Assistant Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone currently seeking an undergraduate degree looking for a part-time job during the school year, with the potential to move into a full-time internship for the summer, following the spring. We are seeking a candidate who can work in a fast-paced environment, and has familiarity with the creator economy and influencer marketing.
Role and Responsibilities
- On-going support for day-to-day social campaign execution
- Managing software platforms, including July, Monday.com, etc.
- Supporting TBN’s social media accounts, including reposting of content, and creation of content
- Other ad-hoc support for CEO, VP of Creator Strategy, and Talent Managers, as needed
Background Qualifications
- You must be a rising Junior or Senior (e.g., starting your Junior or Senior year in Fall 2026)
- 3.0 GPA
- Excellent writing skills
- Social media savvy and very creative
- Strong organizational abilities and self-starter attitude
- Resourceful and attention to detail
