Our internal systems remove a significant amount of admin work so our team can focus on what actually drives value: talent, relationships, and deal-making.
Role Overview
We’re hiring Talent Coordinators on an agent track to help support and scale our roster.
This is an entry point into representation with the expectation that you grow into running your own book of business over time.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in one of our core verticals:
- Food / culinary
- Pets
This role is best suited for someone who wants to be in the middle of deals, talent conversations, and category growth, not someone looking for a passive support role.
Responsibilites
- Support and help manage creator relationships and brand partnerships
- Assist in executing campaigns from start to finish
- Source and evaluate new talent to bring onto the roster
- Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies
- Communicate across creators, partners, and internal team
- Contribute feedback on internal tools and workflows as we continue to scale
- Attend NYC-based shoots, meetings, and events as needed
Qualifications
- Strong interest in either the food/cooking or pet content space
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Interest in talent representation, brand partnerships, and deal-making
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership over time
Compensation
- $45,000 – $60,000 base (depending on experience)
- Path to commission participation as responsibilities increase
- Title and compensation will be adjusted for more senior candidates
