Line Cook/Prep Cook

TBK Bank Entertainment Center is looking for exceptional candidates with a passion for food to join our 5 Star team! As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that our customers receive delicious and high-quality meals.

This position will be scheduled Thursday through Sunday, 25-30 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
• Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
• Ensure that all food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner

• Proven experience as a cook in a casual dining restaurant
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
