Riley’s Roadhouse is hiring dependable and hardworking part-time cooks to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
This position includes cooking, food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and helping keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
- Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, stoves, and food processors
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with meal preparation for daily service as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Communicate effectively with Bar staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
Helpful Skills and Experience

- Previous cooking or food-preparation experience
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking methods
- Food-safety and sanitation knowledge
- Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines
