Summary:
Join a high-visibility FP&A team as a Senior FP&A Analyst! Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. Role Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including actuals vs. budget and forecast comparisons
- Investigate variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with department leaders on overhead cost analysis and monthly reporting
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of financial planning systems (Hyperion/Essbase preferred)
- Develop and maintain weekly dashboards and recurring reporting packages
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with documentation of standard procedures
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience with FP&A tools or ERP systems (Hyperion Planning/Essbase preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree completed or in progress is highly preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
