A vertically integrated private equity real estate firm focused on necessity-based retail assets across major U.S. markets is seeking a Property Accountant to join a growing accounting team. Direct hire opportunity with a well-capitalized, institutionally-backed platform.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare monthly property-level financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and lease accounting
- Support month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and bank recs
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Assist with investor reporting, audit prep, and lender compliance packages
- Coordinate with property management and asset management teams on financial data
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
