TBG is partnering with a prominent healthcare organization seeking a HRIS & Compensation Specialist to join their team in Glens Falls. This is a full time, in office position that will report into the Head of Total Rewards. Our client has an amazing culture and offers excellent benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Design compensation systems
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Analyze salary surveys
  • Administer HRIS (Oracle)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS systems
  • Generate HRIS reports
  • HRIS process improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 1 years of HRIS and Compensation Experience

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
