This is a fully in office position with ability to travel to different site locations up to 10% of the time (NJ and NYC). Our client’s culture is very fast paced. Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS- enter/ update employee information and transactions
- Onboarding
- Benefits open enrollment
- HR reporting
- HR Audits
- Support payroll processing
- HR policy administration
- Manage LOA’s
- Answer HR & Payroll inquiries
- Ad hoc duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in an HR Capacity in food services/ retail environments
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience with employee relations, payroll and HR systems
- Strong analytical/ reporting skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel Experience
- Strong & confidential communicator
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
