Finance Analyst

Must have Marketing/Advertising exp NOT BANKING!!!!!!!!!!

Must have public relations, communications, advertising, marketing, or media industry, prefer NetSuite. Client finance experience required.

Support long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly financial forecasting through financial modeling

Create presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders

Develop and manage forecast for consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Monitor and analyze industry trends and peer/competitor fundamentals, including financial performance

Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Perform other duties as assigned

Prepare and assist in all data driven overviews, like Revenue Tracker, Utilization Tracker, Freelance Tracker, T&E tracker, Revenue Deck, monthly financial overviews, and time tracking compliance, generate overviews that helps the management team.

Assist in any vendor payment issues, overviews and urgency callouts

Assist in setting up Monday.com processes, and evaluating reports and data generated from Monday.com

Become familiar with products, and financial tools that are used to support the agency.

Balance Sheet analysis that includes credit card activity, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

Support current ERP applications NetSuite’s.

Set up new vendors and payments including freelancers in NetSuite and submit weekly vendors payment list to Accounts Payable

Support all aspects of day-to-day finance management including internal documents associated with each account.

Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization.

Handle assigned work requests in an efficient, timely manner.

Maintain communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that the assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner.
