We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Events Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing logistics from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute firm-wide and regional events — investor meetings, conferences, dinners, and internal programs.
- Oversee logistics: venues, vendors, AV, catering, and gifting.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and event registration platforms (like Cvent).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail aligns with the firm’s brand.
- Support event communications and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of event coordination experience, ideally in corporate or financial services.
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Cvent experience a plus.
- Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional travel as needed.
Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
