What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Associate position at TBG | The Bachrach Group?
We are seeking a motivated Compliance Associate to support our clients growing team. In this role, you’ll help maintain their compliance framework, uphold governance standards, and work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure policies stay current
- Review Compliance Alpha, conduct daily regulatory screenings, and escalate findings
- Support Corporate Affairs communications and social media monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Deliver employee compliance training
- Prepare meeting materials and board decks for senior leadership
- Coordinate with external partners, track vendor spend, and perform WorldCheck screenings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience drafting and implementing compliance policies
- High level of discretion and ethical judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Compliance Alpha/WorldCheck a plus)
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
